Pure fruit blend
For our Vegetable Garden Fruit Blend we have brought together a collection of fruits that could come straight from the vegetable garden: including apple, elderberries, raspberries, black and red currants, strawberries and rhubarb. Our Vegetable Garden Fruit does contain hibiscus but has a rather soft taste. This fruit tea contains only the sugars naturally present in fruit and therefore has a slightly sweet taste.

Iced tea recipe
You can make a delicious iced tea with vegetable garden fruit. This can be done, for example, as follows:
1. Take 15 grams of vegetable garden fruit and put it in a teapot, together with approx. 10 leaves of fresh mint.
2. Add 500 ml of water at 100°C.
3. Let the tea steep for 6-8 minutes and then remove the tea.
4. Add 500 ml of cold water and let the tea cool in the refrigerator.
5. Make sugar rims on your glasses by rubbing the rims with a wedge of lime and passing the glasses one by one upside down through a plate with sugar.
6. Put ice cubes in the glasses, add a small slice of lime and carefully pour in the cold tea, without touching the sugar rims.
The fresh lime and mint go wonderfully together with the red fruit. The little bit of sugar from the edges works as a kind of flavor enhancer. Enjoy!
