Fresh green tea
Green tea produced in China and produced in the Japanese way. The leaves are crushed and steamed to retain the green color. This is in contrast to most Chinese green tea, which is usually stir-fried to retain its green character.

Preparation Japanese
If possible, use a Japanese Kyusu teapot. Pour the tea into the teapot until the bottom is well covered. Fill the water approximately 3/4 full. In practice you can take 7 grams of tea in 200 ml of soft water.
Pour the tea 3 times: 1. 60°C 30 sec. 2. 80°C 10 sec. 3. Drain immediately at 100°C.
