Summer cherry ice tea cocktail
Sweet cherries always do well in the summer. But with the spicy touch of juniper, coriander and thyme, it is a delicious cocktail in itself that is reminiscent of jenever (gin).
Also a perfect base to make an iced tea or mocktail with e.g. fresh fruit or tonic.
