Recipe "Pink Grapefruit Drink"
Make a delicious mocktail with this fresh green tea
Necessary
− 7-8 teaspoons (20-24 grams) of this tea No.375 Grapefruit and Dragonfruit
− 2 Grapefruits
− 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (can also be used without sugar)
− 1 liter of soft water to make the tea
− fresh mint (or rosemary or thyme) and possibly. a slice of lemon
− 500 g ice cubes
Do in advance
Make 1 liter of tea and use soft water of approx. 80°C. Let the tea steep for 2 minutes. As you can read, this will be a strong tea (20-24 grams) but because of the ice and the fruit that comes with it, this is not an issue in terms of taste.
Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes and pour the tea over it and let the tea cool. (This brewing method is also called shock brew because of the rapid cooling.)
You can make the cold tea a few hours in advance and keep it in the fridge.
Just before serving
Squeeze 1 grapefruit and add the juice to the tea. Peel the other grapefruit and cut it into pieces. They can also join.
Depending on your taste and the acidity of your grapefruits, you can add sugar.
Garnish with mint and serve with lots of ice!
Ingredients
