Description
This white tea with lemongrass and cassis aroma is a real pleasure. A soft, fresh and fruity taste with a light champagne character. A soft tea that does not quickly become bitter.
White tea resembles green tea and is picked from the first leaf buds. Processing seems simple: picking and drying. But there is still a lot of craftsmanship involved in picking the right leaf, transporting it quickly and drying it.
In terms of taste, white tea is soft and subtle.
