Lemongrass, or lemon grass - Cymbopogon citratus - is best known from Asian cuisine. The leaves of the plant are used in cooking, they have a sour, fresh and lemony taste.

The dried and chopped leaf makes an excellent herbal tea, soft and pleasantly light.
