Sea buckthorn grows on the coast in the dune area, a beautiful and useful shrub for both birds and for strengthening the dunes.

The beautiful orange, somewhat sour berry is rich in vitamins C and E. Combined with apple, hibiscus, rosehip and orange, it is a delicious fruit tea.

Iced tea recipe

With this Sea Buckthorn tea you can make a delicious iced tea. Pure fruit teas like this you can just brew and let cool if you have time.

The Shock-Brew method also works well and is nice and fast. That works as follows:
1. Take 15 grams of tea and put it in a teapot.
2. Add 500 ml of water at 100°C.
3. Let the tea steep for 6-8 minutes and then remove the tea.
4. Add 500 ml of cold water and let the tea cool in the refrigerator.
5. Put ice cubes in the glasses, a small slice of lime and some mint and carefully pour in the cold tea.

The fresh lime and mint go wonderfully together with the fresh sea buckthorn tea.
