CLARIS works according to the professional counter-current principle and always filters exactly the amount of water required for preparation. In this way the filter is used efficiently. As a result, no standing and pre-filtered water remains in the water tank that could quickly germinate.
In addition to lime, heavy metals and various taste and odor spoiling substances, such as chlorine, are also filtered. The minerals important for health are retained in the water.
