Dragonwell Green Tea
This famous tea is produced in the Chinese province of Zhejiang. Lung Ching (or Long Jing) means Dragon Well and is more known in English: Dragonwell. This tea is traditionally served in China when foreign statesmen visit.
Lung Ching is famous for its flat leaves, light green color and sweet, mild taste. Bright yellow with a slightly sweet, nutty aftertaste. A tea that combines well with many dishes, from sweet pastries to savory snacks.
The tea won a gold medal at the meeting of the International Institute for Quality Selection in 1988.
