Description
Mild refined tea from Anhui with little caffeine. The small leaves give a deep brown tea with a fragrant taste and a refined aroma. Delicious with lightly spiced food and as a digestif. An ideal evening tea.
"Congou" (or "gongfu") means that the tea is processed with extreme skill to get the thin strips without breaking the leaves.
