12 grams/litre	2 minutes	80°C

If iced tea - shock brew

You can make a delicious iced tea from this soft green tea. The easiest is the shock brew method:

1. Put 12 grams of this tea in a filter or directly in the teapot.

2. Add 500 ml of water at 85°C.

3. Let the tea steep for 2 minutes.

4. Remove the filter with the tea (or pour the tea through a filter)

5. Add 500 grams of ice cubes to the tea.

6. Serve with ice cubes, a little syrup if you like it sweet, or with a garnish of mint or basil, for example.
