A delicious summer tea with, among other things, lemon peel, lemon pulp and juice, also perfect to use as iced tea.

Like iced tea
Use ½ as much hot water as normal and add sugar or honey to taste. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes and then top up with cold water. Let cool and serve with lots of ice.
