Description

Green tea produced in China that is produced in the Japanese way. The leaves are crushed and steamed to preserve the green color. This is in contrast to most Chinese green tea, which is usually stir-fried to retain its green character.

Brewing advice

12-15 grams/litre	1-2 minutes	70-80°C

Japanese brewing advice

If possible, use a Japanese Kyusu teapot. Pour the tea into the teapot until the bottom is well covered. Fill the water for approx. 3/4. In practice, you can take 7 grams of tea in 200 ml of soft water.

Pour the tea 3x: 1. 60°C 30 sec. 2. 80°C 10 sec. 3. Drain immediately at 100°C.
