Pure white tea

A 100% white tea from Fujian, China, with a bright color and a delicate taste. A very refined tea with natural and light notes. A refined tea that you drink without further ado, best in the afternoon.

For white tea, only the first, young buds of the tea bush are used. To ensure that the tea leaves oxidize as little as possible, the leaves are carefully picked and processed in small quantities. The picked tea is processed within 48 hours. If you wait too long, or if you crush the leaves too much, oxidation will go faster and the tea will lose its light character.

The processing of white tea is simple: the young leaf buds are simply dried. Of the different grades of tea, this is the simplest processing method. However, it produces a very delicate tea.
