Pure white tea

A 100% white tea from Fujian, China, with a bright color and a delicate flavour. A very refined tea with natural and light notes. Best to drink it in the afternoon.

For white tea, only the first, young buds of the tea bush are used. To ensure that the tea leaves oxidize as little as possible, the leaves are carefully picked and processed in small quantities. The picked tea is processed within 48 hours. If not processed quickly enough, too much oxidation will take place and the tea will lose its light character.

The processing of white tea is fairly simple: the young leaf buds are carefully transported and dried quickly. Of the different grades of tea, this is the simplest processing method. Yet it produces a very delicate tea.
