The Oaks plantation is located at about 1600 meters above sea level in Darjeeling province, India. The plantation uses 100% the Chinese variety of the tea bush Camelia Sinensis Sinensis. (In addition to Camelia Sinensis Sinensis, Camelia Sinensis Assamica is also used worldwide for the production of tea.)

This first flush Darjeeling is organically grown and is characterized by the honey-golden yellow infusion.
