Sustainably grown decaffeinated coffee from Peru: soft Arabica coffee with a sweet body and pleasant fruit notes.
Due to the special production process, this coffee retains its full flavor. Only water is used to remove the caffeine. The water is removed from the green coffee beans. Flavorings and caffeine are dissolved in this water. This "coffee-water" is passed through a filter, where the caffeine is removed. The remaining water, which still contains aromatic substances, is added again to the green coffee seeds, which absorb the dissolved substances again. Then the coffee is dried, cleaned and prepared for export.
