Coffee production is booming

In the search for DirectTrade coffee, we discovered a hake beautiful coffee in Rwanda. Stean Fasol, who grew up in Kenya, speaks fluent Swahili and buys coffee directly from farmers in Cyangugu, South West Rwanda. Stean supports coffee production with knowledge and skills, enabling the region's farmers, especially female farmers, to produce a better and more lucrative product.

Rwanda has been going through a difficult time in recent history with a lot of violence. As a result, many women ended up on their own. In the past 20 years, a lot of energy has been put into building the country.
By looking ahead and building up, with attention for both mothers and children, independence and a better living environment have been created. And the coffee quality has grown enormously.

This Farmers Direct coffee comes from the Cyangugu region, which is located on Lake Kivu.
