Fruity Rooibos Chai

Chai comes in endless variations. Classic is of course the black tea with herbs. This can be with ginger, cloves and/or cinnamon, for example.

Because rooibos lends itself perfectly to adding all kinds of flavors - rooibos itself is quite soft and modest in taste - Rooibos Chai is a very popular drink.

This orange chai of orange, ginger and cardamom provides a pleasant spicy and fruity taste. Orange and ginger are flavors that reinforce each other well. Really something for the winter.
