Description
This specialty comes from the Chinese province of Zhejiang. A mild black tea with little caffeine. Feel free to let it steep a little longer because this tea remains pleasant. The production method of this tea is similar to that of the classic Sencha, except that the tea is oxidized. Oxidation turns green tea into black tea.
This black sencha can be characterized as a mild, very pleasant black tea with a finely roasted touch.
