Description

Jasmine pearls are beautiful to look at and a pleasure to drink. It is a high quality green tea with a delicious, refined aroma. It goes well with savory foods but can also be drunk alone as a soothing digestive.

Phoenix dragon pearls

This specialty from the Chinese province of Fujian is also called Phoenix Dragon Pearls. The name symbolizes the combination of beauty (the firebird: jasmine) and strength (the dragon: green tea).

During production, the tea leaf is roasted (kill the green) to prevent oxidation. The leaves will then remain beautifully green. Then the tea leaf with the jasmine blossom is rolled into balls. The Jasmine is then removed.

This process is then repeated 3 times. This rolling brings the jasmine into intensive contact with the tea leaf, resulting in these special pearls with an enchanting jasmine aroma.
