Description
Smoked tea is a specialty of Fujian province. The leaves are dyed over coniferous fires and then fired and rolled. They are pressed into barrels and covered with rags. After oxidation, they are fired and rolled again, put in bamboo baskets and smoked over smoking coniferous wood. Goes particularly well with an English breakfast, fish and spicy meals.
