Description
This blend of pure black tea is based on the flavor profile of the Java OP Malabar. A nice and balanced tea. Full and firm in taste, not bitter. Suitable for any time of the day.
The Malabar plantation, laid out by the Kerkhoven family and cultivated by planter Bosscha, was the source of inspiration for 'De Heren van de Thee' by Hella Haasse.
The original tea from this plantation is unfortunately no longer available. We have put together this blend and tried to approach the original as closely as possible.
