Enjoy Chocolate

An old-fashioned tasty dessert is the chocolate fondue. Pieces of fresh fruit, such as strawberry, banana and cherries, combine wonderfully with chocolate.

The chocolate fondue is also a nice addition to a High Tea.

Tea combines well with chocolate anyway. For example, take a nice oolong tea such as Tie Guan Yin , which you then serve with the fondue.

Melt the chocolate au bain marie in a bowl before placing it in the fondue bowl on the holder.
